Alright, so, maybe some know, most probably didn’t, but we were drummer-less for a good month or so (It feels like years!) But after several fill-in drummers, we finally found our guy! We’re really stoked to introduce you to one of our really good long time friends, Orestis Bardoutsos. We had our first practice yesterday and let me say, he’s definitely a keeper! And a great dude to boot. So be sure to come out soon and introduce yourselves. We’ve got some new energy, and I promise it’s going to show!

So a couple months ago we went into the studio with Roger from Less Than Jake to record, and after finally getting the final masters back from Stephen Egerton (Descendents/All) we’re ready to share it with you guys.

The record is titled, Some Assembly Required and it’s 6 brand fucking new songs and it’ll be out all over the internet on October 11th, and you can pre-order it right here from our bandcamp.

As a huge THANK YOU to everyone for being patient and awesome, we’re offering the record as a donation-based download. Bandcamp wouldn’t let you offer it for free :( But please, head over and pre-order it. We’re even giving away a new song with every pre-order!

It really bums us all out, but tonight’s cover show is unfortunately canceled. The dudes in Sleep Patterns got into a bad accident yesterday and won’t be able to make the show. Go find them and show you’re support. It’s a bummer, and we all hope they get better soon! The Florida Scene plan on rescheduling the show, so we’ll keep you posted!

Tour Update: NYHC (New York Hearty Core)

Been in New York for two days so far. Jammed last night at Dock Street, met some awesome dudes and got to play with half of Step Aside. We’ll be playing with Step Aside/Up For Nothing over the next few days, we’re pretty stoked for that! Great dudes. Got some photos from the show over at our facebook page. Been eating hearty over at our drummer’s nana’s house. Between Philly Cheesesteaks, Southern BBQ, Italian home cooking this is definitely not the “lose weight” tour. Gonna get some famous NY pizza pie later today, hope it doesn’t upset my girlish figure!

Tonight we’re playing Ric Jamisons on Long Island at Mount Sinai, NY! Come out, rage and get wasted with us tonight!

Yooooo. How you guys doing? Just got into Virginia and we’re chilling with quite a ton of beers. So it rules. We’re basically making up for a lost day as our show for today got cancelled. But it’s cool, you do what you can. The last few days have been pretty insane, but we’ve played a few great shows and made a tons of friends! All of you guys rule, I can’t believe how sweet and supportive everyone’s been so far!

Anyway, we just posted a new track titled, “Missing Pieces” off our upcoming EP, Some Assembly Required. Go check it out on our bandcamp!
